This is a classic game where you create your own simulated government.  Depending on how you vote on legislation is how your country turns out.  So if you vote to stop all protest and ban gay marriage, you might end up with a totalitarian goverment.  But if you vote to allow people to run naked through the streets and use drugs, you might have a liberal paradise.  It really is up to you.  The interface is simple and the game play is even simpler.  Play with friends in your own region or join some one elses.
