For the sake of encouraging both intelligent and intelligible conversation, I consider it my duty to shed some light on the subject of “retarded-ness.”
When used in the way that it is being thrown about in these comments, “retarded-ness” is most commonly evidenced by such symptoms as inane babbling, misuse of punctuation, total disregard for rules of grammar, refusal to capitalize the first letters of sentences, use of nonsensical phrases such as “then you a pair,” misspelling commonly used words, etc.
In other words, my friends, every single one of you is retarded. Congratulations. You’ve successfully made yourselves look ridiculous beyond your own comprehension.
